Project Details
Description
Milli-meter wave (MMW) devices are being developed for high data rate
communications and are used more and more in everyday applications; the
possibility of inadvertent human exposure to MMWs increases. One of the impacts
is the body current induced in human beings. As there have been no major
research publications in body current evaluation regarding the health effects of
MMWs; this proposal looks into the body current induced in MMW frequency
band by using an axis-symmetrical homogeneous numerical body model.
