  • LAU, Condon (Principal Investigator / Project Coordinator)

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

This project will promote the application of chatbots and AI image generators to enhance STEM education, starting with physics courses. By leveraging advanced natural language processing, chatbots can simulate real-time dialogues between students and teachers, providing instant feedback, answering questions, and guiding them through complex concepts. This allows for more flexible and personalized teaching and learning. Concurrently, AI image generators offer customizable visual aids, transforming abstract STEM concepts into easily comprehensible images. This visual enhancement supports visual learning preferences, aiding in the retention and comprehension of advanced subjects. This project will promote a robust generative AI platform where educators can incorporate these technologies into their curricula, supported by training to maximize effectiveness. This project aims to incorporate and refine these tools for existing courses, contributing to a more flexible and personalized STEM education environment.
