Description
Existing X-ray imaging technology suffers from issues such as low spatial resolution, residual imaging artifacts, and high usage doses, which significantly impact diagnostic accuracy and patient safety. Perovskite materials, characterized by their large X-ray absorption cross-section, long carrier lifetimes and diffusion distances, and high defect tolerance, are ideal scintillator materials for X-ray detectors. This project aims to develop large-area, high-resolution perovskite X-ray flat panel detectors through material design, fabrication process control, defect management, and device integration. This innovation will enhance the spatial resolution and sensitivity of X-ray imaging while reducing the radiation dose, achieving safer and more reliable X-ray imaging.
