Development of High-efficiency Semi-transparent Perovskite Solar Cells as Window for Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) - RMGS

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

(1) Develop 2-3 novel perovskite materials, which can achieve high absorbance of invisible light and good visible light transparency, and have excellent stability.(2) Optimize opaque perovskite solar cells through material composition optimization, interface regulation and transport layer design, and obtain opaque perovskite solar cells with stable performance and efficiency >25%.(3) Use optical model simulation to guide the design and preparation of semi-transparent devices, establish the relationship between the optical model and the optical properties of perovskite materials, and develop new transparent electrodes with high conductivity and high transmittance.(4) Achieve stable semi-transparent perovskite solar cells with power conversion efficiency >17% and light transmittance > 40%.(5) Demonstrate the application of fabricated semi-transparent perovskite solar cells as integrated windows.
