Description
The goal of this project is to rationally design and optimize the device architecture of flexible perovskite/CIGS tandem solar cells to improve device performance, and to explore the large-area manufacturing process. We will develop and optimize the material and optical structure used into the perovskite-CIGS interface layer from the device architecture design level. A series of chemical and physical studies will be conducted to characterize the properties of materials and devices, optimize the stability of the perovskite layer and the mechanical and electrical properties of the perovskite-CIGS interface layer, achieving a high efficiency (> 25%) and stability (less than 10% efficiency loss under continuous lllumination for 1000 hours). The achievement in this project will further development the commercialization of solar cells and promote the renewable energy industry upgrade in Hong Kong.Detail(s)
