With the advent of data science and software analytic technologies for data analytics and simulation models for applications such as COVID virus infection simulations and greenhouse emission for global warming studies, given the availability of new advanced deep-learning technology, we are planning to explore the uncharted territory of deep-learning-based practical data analytics supporting innovative software platforms, in an attempt to create an automated learning machine to assist in the development and testing of software, such as the ability of correctly generate software code from existing samples of software repositories, automatically generate software testing procedures and cases, as well as automatically model the required software development plan from requirements, all of these and many more, could be made possible in theory with the new machine learning techniques.
