Data-driven Modelling and Prediction of Spreading of Infectious Diseases - RMGS

Description

The COVID-19 outbreak has occurred since December 2019 in over 300 cities in China, with cities in Hubei being the hardest hit. This project extends the recent effort of the PI on building models for prediction of the spreading of COVID-19 epidemic in China. A library of spreading profiles and corresponding model parameters will be constructed, based on the results obtained from our current research, for estimation of future outbreak in a specific population. A system of data collection, analysis and prediction will be available at the end of the project.
