Cut&Paste:Paper Collage Technique and Visual Argumentation

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

This was a project involving archiving and annotation of visual work produced by students of the course GE2107 "Ideology and Creativity: Unwrapping Japanese Culture". The main objective was to archive the material which is fragile and difficult to preserve and develop ideas and designs through which this material can be implemented as teaching tools. The production of a textbook or teaching aid was an important goal conceived as a step upon completion of the project. Therefore, an important aspect of the project involved clarifying the legal issues related to the re-use of the students' visual work.
