Comparative Study of Judicial and Constitutional Systems under the Principle of “One Country, Two Systems” - RMGS

This research project conducts comparative research of judicial and constitutional systems under the principle of "one country, two systems" with the aim of improving the judicial and constitutional systems in both Hong Kong and mainland China.This research project will be a long-time project and the principal investigator intends to bring in external research money to finance this project from time to time. The initial period for the first donation money will be for three (3) years with a focus on researching various issues on Hong Kong's new constitutional system under the Basic Law. Various research methodologies will be adopted of which two will be of particular importance, including comparative study, and case analysis.
