Combined Perturbation Bounds in Matrix Analysis

Description

In this project, the researchers will study the matrix perturbation bounds in a combined sense. Several basic matrix problems, such as eigenvalues, eigenvectors, singular values, and orthogonal matrix decompositions, will be conducted. Some new perturbation bounds in this sense and related backward analysis will be investigated.
