Description
Phase synchronization of chaotic oscillator networks in the Kuramoto model with Gaussian delays and diffusive coupling is studied from a Karhunen-Loeve (K-L) mode decomposition approach. By using proper orthogonal modes in the K-L decomposition, the tendency and level of phase synchronization will be investigated, for four typical kinds of complex networks (globally-coupled, nearest-neighbour coupled, scale-free and cluster networks).
