Travel Subsidy for Scholars on Southeast Asia - Southeast Asia Group (SEAGASE)

The award subsidized the travel of young scholars attending the PhD Graduate Workshop for Southeast Asian Studies in Montreal, Canada. Of the 53 applicants for the conference worldwide, only 17 PhD students were invited to present their projects. Of these, two were given the travel subsidy award, myself and another PhD student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
