My PhD student, Mr. Yong CHEN, has received the RGC PDF in 2021, which could support his PhD study period at CityU. Actually, established in 2009 by the Research Grants Council (RGC), the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) aims to attract the world’s best and brightest minds to pursue their PhD programmes in Hong Kong universities.
