Title of work: Faculty Leadership Initiative in Aging Research - To nurture academic leadership in social gerontology and to bolster collaboration across medical, and para-medical professions. Research workshops and annual Symposium are organized for academics from different disciplines. Renowned scholars in gerontology from overseas universities are invited to conduct the in-depth workshops on methods of outcomes research to academia who have been engaged in gerontological studies. There are a total of 30 Felllows selected from different disciplines during the period of 2007-2010.
