Description
The BOCHK Science and Technology Innovation Prize (STIP), established by the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation (HKATI) and sponsored by the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, is a non-governmental merit-based award.
The STIP aims at rewarding outstanding scientists and research teams in Hong Kong or research-related institutions set up by Hong Kong higher education institutions and located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, for their significant achievements in scientific and technological innovation and transformation.
Prof. Wang is awarded the STIP in the "Fintech" field, for his outstanding contributions in developing innovative data and AI security technologies that safeguard private data in use while unlocking the vast potential of data value in FinTech ecosystems.
