Description
The QS Awards of Excellence of the QSD the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors is presented biannually to honour Hong Kong quantity surveyor for his/her significant and valuable contribution to the development and promotion of the quantity surveying profession in Hong Kong and beyond. Professor Cheung is recognized for his tireless dedication to quantity surveying education and pioneering construction dispute research.
