Prof. TSOU Jin Yeu was named “2019 Outstanding Individual” by the China Green Building Council (CGBC) in recognition of his leadership in guiding the development of CGBC(HK) and high-performance green buildings in Kai Tak Sports Park as well as the establishment of Green Building Assessment Standard (HK version).
