Awarded for "VR in Everyday Language Classroom: A Practical Approach to Language Learning in a Digital Environment". This teaching pedagogy utilised Virtual Reality (VR) technology to help English for humanities and social sciences students experience first-person perspectives through immersive environments. Using VR headsets with pre-recorded videos, students gained immersive experiences which served as a catalyst for collaborative first-person narrative writing. This innovative approach addressed the challenge students face in writing from perspectives they have never personally experienced, enhancing language learning and creative storytelling skills.
