
Biography
Zibin Xu studies the economics of marketing strategies. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration from University of Southern California, an M.S. in statistics from University of Missouri-KC, and a B.S. in information science from Wuhan University. His research focuses on the implications of big data and digital platform management, and has appeared in Marketing Science, Management Science, and Journal of Retailing. He teaches undergraduate, graduate and executive courses ranging from marketing analytics to strategic international marketing. Prior to joining CityU, he was an assistant professor and associate professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
