Morgan Yu Hao received her PhD in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong. Her research explores the convergences of digital games, media philosophy, and posthumanism, with a particular focus on Daoist practices as represented in Chinese cultivation games. She has presented her research at leading international conferences such as CHI PLAY (2021), DiGRA (2022; 2023), International Society for Intermedial Studies Conference (2022), Games & Literature (2023), CEEGS (2024). She is also a current board member of Chinese DiGRA.
