Biography
Dr. CHAN Yuet Hung, Cecilia, received her PhD from the University of Essex, MSc from the University of Edinburgh and BA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has been teaching at City University of Hong Kong since 1990. She served as External Examiner and Academic Advisor of the Open University of Hong Kong. She was appointed as Specialist by Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications.
