Yu Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Public and International Affairs(PIA), City University of Hong Kong. He holds MA in Digital Asset and Media Management from King's College London(KCL) and an MSc in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science(LSE).
