Biography

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Public Policy at City University of Hong Kong. Before joining CityU, I studied at the Ohio State University where I was granted an MPA degree in John Glenn College of Public Affairs and an MS degree in AEDE. With a strong interest in various research questions in the field of public management, I have published several papers in top-tier public administration journals, including Public Administration Review and Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. My current field of research includes public sector innovation, leadership, and citizen-state interaction.
