Biography
Dr. Kevin Chiang is a Professor at City University of Hong Kong, where he served as MBA Director and Program Leader of MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Dr. Chiang was previously a faculty at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in the USA. Before entering academia, he worked as an IT consultant in Chicago. He is interested in interdisciplinary research across Operations, Marketing, and IS. His work appears in leading management journals, including Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Journal of Management Information Systems. Dr. Chiang has been listed among World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University.
