Victor is a technically focused and bilingual lawyer having been dual-specialised in banking and finance and corporate finance areas.  He has rich in-house legal experience in banking and finance (especially asset financing) and corporate finance related work with large organisations including BOC Aviation, Ping An OneConnect Bank, China Huarong International Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Airlines. He re-specialised in banking and finance with a tier-1 asset financing firm Stephenson Harwood as a supervising associate, whilst he was trained as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy and Ashurst at the beginning his legal career.  Victor was also the contributor of Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong (Civil Aviation volume published in 2019) and is currently the contributor of Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Logistics - Aviation) which are both leading Hong Kong law reference collections published by Lexis-Nexis, and he has also been a speaker at various law seminars.
