Dr. Steve FORE (傅思儉)

Prior to joining the start-up team in the School of Creative Media in 1998, Dr Steve Fore taught at the University of North Texas, Ohio University, and the University of Texas. He also was awarded a Fulbright teaching/research fellowship at Hong Kong Baptist University during the 1996-97 academic year. Fore’s primary teaching and research interests are in animation history and theory; the cultural aspects of new technologies; “new” and “old” media history and theory; and surveillance studies. He also has published and presented extensively on aspects of Hong Kong and Chinese film.
