Biography

Dr. Sahoo received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. His current research focuses on the implications of Acquisition Accounting for various financial market participants. He is also interested in research on the decision usefulness of accounting information in Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Contracting.
