Biography

Rui Luo earned his BEng from Tsinghua University, and his PhD degree from Cornell University. His research interests include statistical signal processing and complex networks. Currently, Rui Luo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at City University of Hong Kong.

  • I am currently seeking highly motivated PhD students and RA to join my research team in the Department of Systems Engineering at City University of Hong Kong. The focus of our research will be on exploring various areas, including but not limited to:
    • Statistical Signal Processing on Graphs
    • Graph Machine Learning and Graph Neural Networks
