Miss DU Qiying (杜奇瑛)

Qiying (Sakura) obtained a Doctor's degree from the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. She will join the University of Bath, School of Management (Strategy & Organization Division) in January 2024 as a lecturer (i.e., assistant professor).

Her research focuses on three main areas: informal interactions (e.g., social drinking), newcomer socialization, and voice behavior. Her work uses a variety of research designs and statistical methods, including organizational surveys, experiments, scale development, multilevel modeling, longitudinal data analysis, and meta-analysis.
