Biography
Qiaohai (Joice) Hu received her PhD from Case Western Reserve University. Her research interests are in the areas of operations management, interfaces between operations and finance, supply chain management and pricing models. Before returning to academia, she had worked as supply chain analyst at FedEx and Eastcom.
