Biography
YU Qianwen, Joyce got her Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, and Master degree in Applied English Linguistics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in the fields of discourse analysis and health communication. Her Ph.D. research explores the nature of cardiologist-patient relationship in the primary care consultation, with a focus on the linguistic resources and communication strategies employed by the cardiologist for the delivery of patient-centered care.
