Nannan Zhao is a joint doctorate researcher in the Department of Public Policy at CityU and the Department of Urban Planning at SCUT. She is currently working on the interplay of multi-scalar governance actors in the urban regeneration process and the effects of the latest policy "community-renovation" agenda in local planning practice.
