Biography

Mirna Zordan is a Licensed Architect for the National Board of Architects, Venice (APCCVE), Italy , where she graduated with honour in Architecture and The City at IUAV University of Venice.

Before completing her PhD in City University of Hong Kong under the HKPFS Fellowship Scheme, her teaching experience covered for several years the MArch City and Landscape Ateliers (IUAV) and BSArch Wave International Workshops (IUAV),  while being a research fellow in architecture and urban design under a grant issued by the European Social Funding (FSE); her professional experience was furtherly developed in Australia (Sydney), where she was working as an Architectural Designer.

Her research currently focuses on the impact of psychological distress and health behaviors on the use of urban public spaces, with repercussions on urban morphology and city planning.
