Biography

XU Mingdie, Maisie is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Social and Behaviour Science, City University of Hong Kong. She received her bachelor of management at Sun Yat-Sen University. Believing that "No one should be left behind", she explores how the social inclusion of people with disabilities can be achieved through work experience provided by social enterprises, especially work integration social enterprises.
