Biography
Dr. ZHANG Lei is an Associate Professor of Finance at CityU in Hong Kong. Before joining CityU in 2020, he was an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Queensland in Australia. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degree from Fudan University, and PhD degree from INSEAD. His research interests include credit markets, institutional investors, risk management, and financial intermediaries. He has published papers in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, Management Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, Review of Asset Pricing Studies, Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Banking and Finance, Mathematical Finance, Financial Management, International Review of Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, European Accounting Review, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Accounting and Finance, and Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization.
