Prof. LI Lishuai (李立帥)

Prof. Lishuai Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Data Science, and Department of Mechanical Engineering (by courtesy) at the City University of Hong Kong. Her research is in the interdisciplinary field of intelligent transportation systems and data science. She has developed analytical methods (ranging from statistical methods to Artificial Intelligence) using large-scale operational data for safety management and operations improvement at airlines, airports, and air traffic management agencies. More recently, she has been working on traffic management problems and infrastructural challenges for unmanned aircraft systems in drone delivery service and urban air mobility.

Prof. Li has been recognized in Stanford’s List of the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2022 (Single Year) and 2023 (Single Year). She serves as an associate editor for "Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies" and on the editorial board of "Journal of Air Transport Management", "Aerospace" and "International Journal of Reliability and Safety". Prof. Li is a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a senior member of IEEE. She serves as the vice chair of the Aviation Applications Section (AAS) at the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) since 2022. Prof. Li received her Ph.D. and M.Sc. from the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and her B.Eng. in Aircraft Design and Engineering from Fudan University. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company in the US and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

李立帅副教授任教于香港城市大学数据科学系，并荣誉隶属于机械工程系。 她的研究范畴属于智能交通系统和数据科学的跨学科领域。 她利用大规模运营数据研发统计分析及人工智能方法，用于航空安全管理和运营改进、空中交通管理，以及智能交通系统的监测预测和故障诊断。 最近，她在研究低空经济相关的无人机交通管理问题和基础设施挑战。

李教授在 2022和2023年被斯坦福-爱思唯尔指标（单年）评为全球前 2% 的被引用最多的学者之一。她担任“Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies”、“Journal of Air Transport Management”、“Aerospace”和“International Journal of Reliability and Safety”的编委。李教授是英国皇家航空学会（RAeS）会士，美国电气电子工程师学会（IEEE）高级会员。 她服务于国际运筹学和管理学研究协会（INFORMS），任航空应用分部（AAS）的副主席。李教授于美国麻省理工学院航空航天系取得博士学位和理学硕士学位，以及复旦大学飞行器设计与工程取得工程学士学位。 她曾在麦肯锡公司任职和荷兰代尔夫特理工大学任教。
