Prof. LI Lishuai (李立帥)

Prof. Lishuai Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Data Science, affiliated with Department of Systems Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering, and she serves as the Director of Flagship Program at College of Computing, and Associate Head at Department of Data Science, City University of Hong Kong. Her research is in the interdisciplinary field of data science and intelligent systems. She has developed analytical methods (ranging from statistical methods to Artificial Intelligence) using large-scale operational data for safety management and operations improvement for air transportation systems and industrial processes. She has also been working on traffic management problems and infrastructural challenges in drone delivery service and urban air mobility.

Prof. Li has been recognized in Stanford-Elsevier’s List of the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2022 - 2024 (Single Year Index). She serves as an Associate Editor for "Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies" and on the Editorial Board of "Journal of Air Transport Management", "Aerospace" and "International Journal of Reliability and Safety". Prof. Li is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a Senior Member of IEEE. She serves as the Chair of the Aviation Applications Section (AAS) at the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS). Prof. Li received her Ph.D. and M.Sc. from the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and her B.Eng. in Aircraft Design and Engineering from Fudan University. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company in the US and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

李立帥副教授任教於香港城市大學數據科學系，並榮譽隸屬於系統工程系和機械工程系。她擔任計算學院的旗艦課程總監，和數據科學系的副系主任。她的研究範疇屬於數據科學和智能複雜系統的交叉學科領域。 她利用大規模運營數據研發統計分析及人工智能方法，用於航空運輸系統和工業複雜系統的安全管理和運營改進。 她也在研究低空經濟相關的無人機交通管理問題和基礎設施挑戰。

李教授在 2022年至2024年連續被斯坦福-愛思唯爾指標（單年）評為全球前 2% 的被引用最多的學者之一。她擔任“Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies”、“Journal of Air Transport Management”、“Aerospace”和“International Journal of Reliability and Safety”的編委。李教授是英國皇家航空學會（RAeS）會士，美國電氣電子工程師學會（IEEE）高級會員。 她服務於國際運籌學和管理學研究協會（INFORMS），任航空應用分部（AAS）的主席。李教授於美國麻省理工學院航空航天系取得博士學位和理學碩士學位，以及覆旦大學飛行器設計與工程取得工程學士學位。 她曾在麥肯錫公司任職和荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學任教。
