Biography
Professor Lin is a leading scholar in corporate law and governance. Using empirical methodologies, her work provides profound insights into the impacts of various governance regulations and practices. Professor Lin's scholarly work has been published in top academic journals such as the Journal of Legal Studies and the Journal of Empirical Legal Studie. Her work has also garnered significant attention in major media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and Bloomberg.
She currently serves as the Associate Editor of the International Review of Law and Economics and Board Member of the Asian Law and Economics Association (AsLEA). In 2023, she has been appointed as a Research Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Professor Lin has held visiting positions in Washington University in St. Louis, Reichman University, and Academia Sinica.
