CUI Kangning (崔康宁)

Biography
Kangning Cui received the B.S. degree in computing mathematics from City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong in 2021. He is working towards the Ph.D. degree in mathematics at City University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-Cardiovascular Health Engineering. His research interests include image processing, signal processing, and machine learning. In particular, he is interested in applying unsupervised and semi-supervised approaches to medicine and remote sensing problems. He is the founding president of SIAM Student Chapter of City University of Hong Kong.
He also researched with the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC since the summer of 2020. He is a member of Wake Forest's Intelligent Remote Sensing in Conservation & Discovery Group.
