Biography
Kaize ZHU is a PhD student in the Department of Public and International Affairs at the City University of Hong Kong.
His professional experience spans major international organizations, including the International Labor Organization (Bangkok), the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (Geneva), the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (Vienna). He has also contributed to institutions such as the Development Research Center of the State Council of China, Tsinghua University's Center for Strategic and Security Studies and Institute for AI International Governance, ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore, as well as corporate entities including Huawei, BNP Paribas and AXA Hong Kong and Macau.
He was previously the lecturer for the Global Competency Development Center of Tsinghua University and project manager at Suzhou Education Association for International Exchange. His articles and commentaries have appeared in East Asia Forum, The Diplomat, Geopolitical Monitor, The Diplomatic Insight, and HK01 among others.
