Biography

Jianfu (Jeff) Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations at the City University of Hong Kong. He earned his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Prior to his current appointment, he was on the faculty at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Professor Wang's research program is centered on queueing theory and its applications, particularly in service operations, healthcare management, and revenue management.
