Biography

Junhyok Yim is an Assistant Professor of Management at the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining City University of Hong Kong, Junhyok received Ph.D. in organizational behavior and human resource management from Texas A&M University. His primary research focuses on leadership, non-work to work interface, employee engagement, and performance management. His research has been published in Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology,  Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management. His research has also been featured in Harvard Business Review and LSE Business Review.
