Biography
XIAO Huina obtained Ph.D. at the City University of Hong Kong in 2018. She researches the implementation of law. In particular, she focuses on the theory of regulation and compliance in the field of tax and environmental law in developing countries, using qualitative study, qualitative comparative analysis, and quantitative method. Her work has appeared in a number of academic journals, including Law & Policy, Columbia Journal of Asian Law, and Law and Social Sciences (Chinese).
