David H. WENG is assistant professor at City University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. in Organizations, Strategy, and International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. His research areas include the strategic leadership, firms' interactions with governments and institutions, as well as strategic alliances. His teaching topics include strategic management and research methods.
