Dr. Hofun Haoxun LI, 李浩訓

Dr. Li graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University, and City University of Hong Kong, transitioning the academic focus from business studies to social sciences and later to the humanities. His research interest lies in how Western financial concepts and practices were introduced to modern China and how they evolved within  China.

Currently, Dr. Li works in the Department of Chinese and History as a Research Administrative Staff. Since early 2024, he has been responsible for matters related to the department’s preparation for RAE2026, gaining insights into how the humanities in Hong Kong participate in the RAE assessment process and how impact cases are developed and promoted.

Additionally, he has served as a committee member for the City Literary Awards in 2020, 2022, and 2024, contributing to the operation of various academic and knowledge transfer activities at the university and faculty levels.
