Biography

Floriane is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the City University of Hong Kong. With a Bachelor and Master from University of Paris II and a Master’s degree (LL.M) from King’s College London, Floriane’s research focuses on the intersection of Art Law and International Economic Law. Through her academic journey, she conducted research on the environmental political incentives affecting Foreign Direct Investment in China and Taiwan while doing internships at reputable law firms and organisations. She also served as the President of the Joint Association in Chinese Business Law and the European-Asian Institute of Research, where she managed monthly discussions with European-Asian institutions. These experiences exposed her to various legal domains and gave her the opportunity to teach at several universities.
