LIU Fangjie (劉方捷)

Fangjie Liu obtained her Bachelor's degree in 2019 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She then completed a dual Master's program, earning degrees from both Huazhong University of Science and Technology and École des Mines de Paris in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at City University of Hong Kong. Before joining City University, she worked in the Energy Department of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, where she assisted in compiling the "World Small Hydropower Development Report 2022."

劉方捷於2019年在華中科技大學獲得學士學位。隨後，她完成了華中科技大學與巴黎高等礦業大學的雙碩士學位計劃，於2022年獲得兩所學校的碩士學位。她目前在香港城市大學攻讀博士學位。在加入香港城市大學之前，她曾在聯合國工業發展組織能源司工作，協助編撰《2022年世界小水電發展報告》。
