Biography
Elena Ushakova’s recent research interests focus on R&D of novel nanostructured materials for a wide spectrum of applications from biomedicine to photovoltaics. She also has many years of experience in optical spectroscopy, as absorption, luminescence, and circular dichroism, design of carbon nanomaterials, semiconductor quantum dots, and their hybrids with plasmonic nanoparticles and organic/inorganic matrices.
