I am currently seeking for highly motivated PhD students and postdocs to join my group. The candidates are expected to have a background in Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechanics, or related field. Those who are specialized in transmission electron microscope and small-scale mechanical testing (e.g. nanoindentation, micropillar compression) are preferred.

Research Interests/Areas

My research interests primarily focus on the experiments, theories, and mechanisms behind the radiation damage effects in metals and alloys, with an emphasis on the radiation-induced evolutions in material microstructure and mechanical properties.
