Cuili Qian is associate professor in strategic management at City University of Hong Kong. She received her Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2010. Her research interests include stakeholder management and corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and political strategies in transitional economies, and MNC control and staffing issues in international business. She has published in top tier management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, and Organization Science. She currently serves on editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Management and Organization Review, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
