Biography
Prof. Ding Chunayn joined City University of Hong Kong in July 2010. She was born and grew up in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. She obtained LLB and LLM at Peking University, LLM at University College London and PhD at University of Hong Kong. She became a qualified PRC lawyer in 2001. Before joining the Law School, Prof. Ding was a Fulbright research fellow at Harvard Law School, where she conducted research on comparative health law and tort law during 2008-09. Her primary areas of research and teaching are medical law, tort law, contract law and comparative law.
